The short version. The games are free. Be decent, don't attack the service, don't try to break other players' stuff. Your saves are yours and you can delete everything whenever you want. On Viral Pick, keep it friendly. We're a small studio doing our best — we can't promise the servers are never down.
anifi is operated by ROLENGINE LLC ("we", "us"). These terms cover this site, your anifi account, and every game that uses it. By creating an account you're agreeing to them.
You need to be 13 or older. If you're under 18, please get a parent or guardian's OK first. One person, one account — don't share your login, because whoever holds it can read your email address and delete your saves.
You sign in with a code we email you. That means your email inbox is your account — if you lose access to it, you lose access to your account, which is why we offer an optional password as a backup. Setting one is a good idea.
Keep your codes to yourself. We will never ask you for one, and anyone who does is trying to steal your account.
The games are free to play. We host your save data so your progress carries between your devices and between our games.
A few honest caveats about saves:
If you do these things we may suspend or delete your account. For anything that looks like an attack on the service, we'll do it without warning.
The games, artwork, music, characters and code are ours. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to play them for fun — that's it, no commercial use.
Your save data is yours. Streaming or making videos of our games is not just allowed, it's encouraged — go ahead and monetise them.
Viral Pick lets you suggest ideas for the next anifi beats video and vote on other fans' ideas.
When you sign up you'll get sign-in codes whenever you request them, and — if you opted in — news about game releases, at most a couple of times a month. You can turn off the news at any time from your account page or the unsubscribe link in any email, and still keep your account and saves.
You can delete your account at any time from your account page. It removes your profile, your email and every save, permanently.
We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut a game down, we'll give you notice by email and a way to export your saves first.
Merch at shop.anifi.com is sold, shipped and supported by Fourthwall under its own terms and returns policy. Your statutory consumer rights still apply, including Brazil's Código de Defesa do Consumidor. If Fourthwall can't sort something out, email hello@anifi.com.
The games are provided "as is". We don't promise they'll be available without interruption, bug-free, or that your saves will never be lost — although we work hard on all three. To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using a free game.
Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be waived under your local consumer law — including, in Brazil, the Código de Defesa do Consumidor.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you before it takes effect. Continuing to play afterwards means you accept the new version.
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your own country.
